GoogleMy daughter had a viewing on a rental property she originally was going to view a few days earlier but need to view cancelled due to staff illness her new slot was cancelled an hour and a half before she was meant to go to the house and was told they had already accepted an application this is outrageous they should have waited until my daughter had been round I rang up to complain and was given a feeble excuse and told this is how the rental market is sorry no other companies don't do that to you it's at the least very bad manners if I was renting I would not use this company

GoogleI was looking to buy a property from them. They refused to put in written (in an email) that my offer was accepted. While continuing to try and sell me other services (but I was using external.) When I didn’t given in the buyer conveniently withdraw. I also received a lovely patronising phone explaining to me how mortgage advisors work.

GoogleRecently had dealings with Graham and frankly wouldn't want anything more to do with them. Caveat emptor buyer beware. Had to ask my solicitor to get my deposit back as was mis sold. Thankfully I got my £5k back. Would not recommend buying through this company and pay attention to the small print!!

The " lovely " Graham like to use his charms to let you know the rent will be going up soon at every opportunity and then on final day of ending the rental agreement finds any little detail to scam you out of bond money . Made £500 off me and my wife down to the oven not being as clean as he would have liked it . I was so sick of his condescending attitude I just signed a contract he made up on the spot to get rid of him .
