GoogleComms was very good to and from the Need2View staff. I engaged with plenty of the team there and all were helpful. After accepting an offer I completed approx 9 weeks later, so very happy with that. I paid for a package to include conveyancing and the chosen solicitors were also on the ball. So, would I recommend them? YES.

GoogleNeed2View have sold 2 properties for me over the last 2 years. The service was second to none. I mainly dealt with Graham and Natasha who are knowledgeable, honest and hard working. The whole team are superb. Communication is brilliant. They always answer the phone and call back promptly if busy. It felt like nothing was ever too much trouble. Having used other estate agents before, Need2View are way above the rest and I would highly recommend. Moving house is stressful, so let Need2View help.

GoogleI was referred to Need 2 View by a family friend and have to say, I did not question the service, dedication, understanding and genuine support I got from Graham and the team at any point. We sold through the tough circumstances of a bereavement and not once did we need to chase or push in anyway. From the initial stages of valuation to the end on completion day, it felt like I was the only customer. They were so helpful and always there to answer any questions or queries we had. Natasha in particular was amazing, always on the other end of the phone whenever needed and we can’t thank her enough for all her help and guidance during the process. Jerome was also a huge part of our stress-free move and always so friendly and also very helpful! We had tried a few other agencies over the months who have let us down or just stopped replying to us and not given us correct information. But Need2View have been great from day one. If they said 'We'll call you on Tuesday' we would get a call on Tuesday. No fuss. No messing around. Everything was quick and smooth and professional. We had the pleasure of being handled by Natasha in Hucknall and honestly it has been a 5 star service from day one. Nothing was too much effort. Everything was simple and she has made what is normally quite a stressful process of moving house, just so simple. She is a credit to the company. Would highly recommend this agency 🤩

GoogleDO NOT rent from this agency. If you like being ignored for months on end, not have anything fixed and be left with mould and damp in your home then these are the way forwards. Rented from them for 6 years and now coming to the end of my tenancy and have asked multiple times for my landlady’s details to discuss early termination they have refused every single time and provided me with their address instead. Genuinely feel sorry for the landlady having a piss poor agency managing her house!!

GoogleFrom beginning to end so happy with excellent attentive service. Couldn't be happier than selling my home through need2view. Natasha would always respond to any of my enquiries within at most a few hours They negotiated a price above my expectations. I opted for their all inclusive package which included conveyancing, I would recommend anyone else do the same. I received the same fast attentive service from Alcocks. Client's get the advantage of two companies who work together exceptionally well and who are working in the best interests of their clients. Conveyancing is notorious for being painfully slow Not Alcocks. Hope this helps anyone considering selling their property in Hucknall.

GoogleI have used their property nearly 2 years since 2021 and it was a very good experience. Thanks to Natasha for all the supports and quick resolution for the issues. Also proving that letting agents will return the whole deposit amount if you keep the property neat and clean. Highly recommend!

GoogleNatasha has been great, keeping us informed of progress of our house sale. Their recommended solictors, Alcocks, have also been the best i've ever used, although we are not buying too which is more of a test for them, but for the sale they have both been great. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleNeed 2 View have been absolutely fantastic when selling my home! Throughout the process Natasha has been amazing from keeping us up to date with viewings to the second we completed. I genuinely do not think we would’ve completed without her during this pandemic. Nothing was too much even silly questions that we wanted to ask! I would definitely recommend need 2 view to anyone!!

Always at hand doing all they could to help us find the right homes for us! And quick to help sort out any manitaince problems we may have come by during the time we rented from them!!...
