I was the first to view a property, that had just come on the market, at the earliest possible time, having been searching for quite some time. I went straight into the Hucknall office personally, to get the ball rolling. I spoke with Francesca who got straight onto things, contacting the seller and putting my offer forward. She quickly got back to me with relevant information, and advised me accordingly. Having reviewed the offer, this was accepted, and it was agreed that no further viewings would take place.
