GoogleI cannot thanks this Agency and its staff enough. Everyone - Emma, Andrew, Shanade & Laura - has been helpful, courteous and efficient. They found a suitable tenant for my flat within just a few days, and have been on hand to give advice and assistance throughout the process (managed letting). I would recommend Sawyer & Co to any prospective landlord or tenant

GoogleWe have entrusted our first rental property to Sawyer & Co. since July 2016 and have been very impressed with the firm's efficiency and responsiveness. Our letting agent is Emma Marcantonio, who not only looks after us but, also, looks after our tenants' interests, always passing on to us any issues which they raise and coming up with practical solutions for addressing them.

They kept us informed throughout the process and provided periodic assessments of Rightmove statistics. We would recommend.
