GoogleIn tough market conditions the team at Sawyer & Co managed to recently complete the sale of our flat. Special shout out to Bob Beaken whose detailed follow up on all issues involved with selling a flat in Hove allowed us to finally complete. His experience, tenacity and ability to foresee stumbling blocks certainly helped us get past the finishing line.

GoogleI had a very positive experience with Sawyer & Co. My sale became unusually long and complicated, but Bob remained approachable, honest and proactive throughout. He kept me informed, chased the solicitors and worked to keep everything moving when progress was difficult. I really appreciated his support and would happily recommend Bob and the Sawyer & Co team.

In that duration, I have always been very happy with the service I've received - from the initial rental valuation through to the day-to-day management. I worked with my most recent property manager, Jess Fowler, since October 2025. She has always been incredibly efficient, pro-active and always happy to help answer all questions. She has made the whole experience stress-free, and I am very grateful to have had her work on my property.

GoogleMy experience with Sawyer & Co was very positive. I contacted them to arrange a viewing and Mia immediately booked me in. She was very approachable and friendly, which made me instantly at ease. The viewing didn't feel rushed, so I could ask lots of questions which she happily answered to. GoogleI can recommend Sawyer & Co as I recently sold a property in Hove. Being a probate sale and from an overseas base I was grateful to Kieran James,Bob Beaken & the team for helping navigate the entire Sales mandate. These days the compliance and legal processes are extensive and complex for an older property. Working closely with the legal team from Taylor Rose we completed the sale with minimal stress.

GoogleWow what can I say, the service with Sawyer and Co from the first phone to this day is exemplary, most certainly the best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with, nothing was or has been too much, the ladies in the office are FABULOUS, the help with the application was amazing, they didn’t moan once in fact they were just so so helpful and reassuring at all times and again once moved in the girls are still there for us, I feel very lucky indeed to have them all, if you are moving absolutely go to this company, Mia Boothby and Molly Smith really are complete angels, friendly, lovely and professional too, and Tracey who manages the property is just lovely, I could go on and on but I think you why the gist, go to Sawyers and Co Hove, you will definitely not be disappointed
