GoogleI don't usually leave reviews, because it's rare that service is genuinely outstanding. Mishons were our 7th (yes, seventh!) estate agent that we'd used over various attempts to sell our house. If we'd only found them sooner, we could have saved a lot of heartache. Other agents got us loads of viewings, but ultimately no sale. The penultimate agent we used arranged 27 viewings, (that's one hell of a lot of cleaning for us...) but no sale. I was very clear with Harry @ Mishons that we only wanted a viewing if they were genuinely in a position to proceed. He understood the mission. After launch, no viewings for two weeks. Then one viewing, an offer, a sale. And throughout the whole process, it was genuinely a great experience interacting with Harry and Kiera (who is in the office and is the *Queen* of getting sh*t done!) We didn't have to chase, we never had that 'do you think they're being straight with us?' conversation because we trusted them from the word go. They were genuinely the only agent who didn't come round and lecture us on how good they were at selling - they just showed us. I can, hand on heart, say that we will miss the humour, the kindness and the human-ness in our WhatsApp group. Skilled, friendly, respectful and emotionally intelligent. But above all, they sold our house at a good price and always, always, did what they said they would do. If you're thinking of selling your home, speak to Harry @ Mishons, we're so glad we did.

GoogleMishons was selling the family home we bought - they were great with communications throughout and were always there to help, especially through some difficult obstacles - they used their specialist contacts and local knowledge to assist with these and were always in contact with us and the sellers to ensure everyone was aware of concerns and felt comfortable with the outcomes. They were very good at bringing the transaction back to the humans involved, when things can get lost in the legals and surveys. We would instruct them in future on a sale of our own.

thank goodness- I thought I was going mad. happy to see the crap reviews. This is the most terrible booking system. A complete nightmare from the start. adding extra stress and hassle to my new business. constantly logging me out and zero phone support. just vidoes and instructions - very vague. very crap.

GoogleMishons, and Harry in particular, have been fantastic in the sale of our house. If I think about it, I'm not sure he could have done a better job. At every point in the process, from the start, with excellent listing and photos, to exceeding his ambitious promises and targets of viewings and then offers, through to dealing with tricky solicitors to get it over the line, Harry was excellent. His sound judgement and sage advice steered our house sale through choppy waters to a fantastic outcome - all parties are happy, a very impressive achievement. Harry and his team are excellent. I thoroughly recommend them - the best estate agents in Hove without a doubt.

GoogleHarry Mishon is such a personable guy and he makes you feel like you’re his only client. His family have been in the business for decades here in Brighton and selling your home is in his blood. He gave us great advice throughout from valuation to selecting the best offer in terms of getting to completion. We have moved 7 times and Harry is without peer and probably the best estate agent we have ever encountered. I would highly recommend him!
