Highly recommended - A hands-on and proactive service from a dedicated and effective team. Moving house in 2020 was always going to be turbulent, to say the least. The staff at Fox and Sons navigated the obstacles with a resilient and pro-active approach where I believe other agents would have let the sale slip away. Keira Jarvis has fantastic technical ability and experience in the market that enabled her to know exactly how to deal with some key challenges and keep the sale process on track. She would provide regular updates and was transparent throughout the process which gave me peace of mind in a stressful situation (which is worth more than its weight in gold when moving home). Heb Bailey provides everything that you want from your agent when selling or buying property. He is driven to ensure that you achieve the results that you are after and is clearly gifted in his ability to make that happen, through his natural charisma and detailed understanding of the local housing market. Fox and Sons as a larger corporate outfit also offer good value for money, especially given the quality of the agents in the Hove branch.PositiveProfessionalism, Value

We chose to sell our one bed flat on a bit of a whim when the stamp duty holiday came in. We'd not sold a property before, so were a bit nervous, but I have to say, we had a pretty excellent experience with Fox and Sons. They communicated really well following viewings and when we did get an offer they kindly negotiated outlr sale price up, which was obviously appreciated. I can't think of anything negative to say and I have recommended them to friends, which I think says a lot.

Overall a good company to work with, but I would say that if you want to get yourself mortgage sorted and a fantastic customer service, ask to deal with Jamie Elvin. Easy to work with, ready for any kind of explanation and fast on solving problems. Also, I had many offers, with other company's brokers but, none as good as the one Jamie managed to get me. Top!

I've now bought once and sold once where the Hove office of Fox & Sons acted as the estate agents during the last three years. When I bought they appeared to be patient and understanding enough of a rather unique situatio that prolonged the process some, but saw it through to completion in due course for agreed upon price. When I sold just recently, they were prompt for all arranged meetings/viewings, and gathered a good amount of offers from the first public viewing, with continuing help when negotiating and finding the best offer. Afterwards they appeared to be ready to communicate with buyer or look for new ones if needed, doing what they could do make sure the deal went through properly, attending extra viewings with the buyer whenever they needed to have another look, etc. In short, they performed the service for which they were hired, promptly and all time and seemed friendly throughout the process. That might warrant 5 stars to some, but I leave the top star for extraordinary initiative and guidance above what might be commonly expected.

From past experience, I found Church Road Hove branch of Fox & Sons to be excellent in all aspects of service. I would highly recommend this team to anyone thinking of selling their property. The reasons being they were extremely efficient from start to finish. The option of a professional photographer which makes a huge difference when marketing a property, great communication with viewings, equally good communication once a sale had been agreed with accurate time frames, good bridging communication between buyer and seller but most importantly, an extremely positive and professional approach at doing the job. In this case, I cannot fault this teams' service and have to admit that this is one of the best experiences I have had with an Estate Agent. Church Road Hove team have been excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone contemplating selling their property.
