Dec 2013 This company made a severely disabled man homeless, he was forced to sleep rough in severe cold with a chronic pain disease! and Aspergers, social workers and brighton council were unable to help, he was hospitalized with hyperthermic shock and nearly died, we will not forgive this Iranian owned business, we will not forget those who snare the most needy in our society and then screws them over for their deposit at every opertunity including single mothers, evicting people and raising rent with no just cause, even if you decorated and had carpets cleaned, You should have expected us! #AnonFamily

Worst business practices that have been known, a bill from this so called company will require close scrutiny as there will inevitably be amounts added that have no resemblance to reality . It would appear from one such bill I have that cleaning staff employed by the company have an hourly rate in excess of £200 , Should you encounter this company advice would be from me to run quickly ! After posting my review I went on to read others and the company can expect court action and legal fees. Lets have this type of company stopped from existing.

Terrible service - took forever to get a viewing booked in for a single property. They kept moving the viewing which is understandable due to tenants but when we showed up for the viewing the property was no longer available. We took time out of work to go and view the property but not phone call or e-mail to say it was no longer available. We arrived and there was no one there. Ridiculous.

Awful. Drains blocked when we arrived, mice, disgusting bins that were always locked/overflowing, front door (to the building) regularly broken into, half my partner's bike was stolen while chained to the bike rack, bath fittings left unattached for 6 months despite many complaints, broken stove not replaced for 4 months despite many complaints, continued to be charged bills after leaving ... never compensated for anything and they even kept some of the deposit.
