GoogleI have been a Brighton landlord for 15 years. Ben at Clifford sales & letting is easily the best agent we have used. The service is excellent, nothing is too much trouble & Ben is always up to date with what is happening at the property. I would not hesitate to recommend Cliffords to other landlords & tenants.

FacebookFrom the moment we instructed Ben and the team at Clifford Sales and Lettings to sell our property, we knew we were in good hands. Their personal but professional approach made the whole process so seamless. We were kept up to speed throughout the whole process in real time, something that was very important to us. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

GoogleThese people are just fantastic ! All of the tram are delightful , Ben, Katie Sharon. Simon all their team and all their contractors are superb. If you’re looking for an amazing agent with a really fabulous attitude and fun and human approach … you can trust these people to look after you. They have answered every single enquiry and sorted everything with efficiency care and kindness . I know them all in first names terms and they will treat you as a human being . If you can find a property with them you should because it is a rare thing to find an independent business let alone one as exemplary as this

GoogleI've been working with Ben at Clifford for a few years now and he's been excellent. I have a flat that I let out and he always manages to find the most reliable, trouble free tenants. He's very flexible in his attitude towards whether I maintain or he does but I know that I can rely upon him to help out when I need it. Couldn't recommend Clifford Sales and Lettings more highly.

GoogleBen, A massive thank you from us. For a few years you have been sourcing tenants for us and you have even managed to find super tenants for our latest property on-line in times of social distancing. Furthermore all the tenants that you have found have been (touch wood) first class and never any hassle so always well vetted and recommended. GoogleI've had excellent service from Clifford. They are highly professional, quick to respond and act, and have really helped with some complicated situations that I could not have dealt with alone. I initially made the mistake of letting friends manage, which turned into a nightmare. I wish I I'd had Clifford managing from the start.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
