GoogleMy partner and I just purchased our first property through Xavi & Co. From the first conversation, the Xavi team and Ellie in particular, were engaged and supportive. Ellie’s professionalism and experience was very reassuring and made the whole process far smoother and more enjoyable. We can’t recommend Xavi & Co highly enough!

GoogleMichele and Alberto were very professional and friendly when helping us purchase a flat in Brentford. We would use Xavi & Co again!

GoogleAlberto at Xavi & Co recently helped me out of a personal emergency situation without having ever met me. We had connected on a local Facebook page for something totally unrelated but he got me out of a real bind. If I were to ever buy, sell or do anything related to property management I would 100% use them, as they go above and beyond for the local community

GoogleKasia was flawless in her efforts to find us an apartment that met our needs. She was professional, friendly and very efficient and answered all our questions with great detail. Great service from Xavi & Co.

GoogleSo professional yet sensitive! We rented a home from them and I found them extremely courteous, responsive and sensitive to our needs. There are few agencies who were quite rude and demotivating, but Xavi folks were always very positive. In the end I stretched my budget, which means there positivity earned them a customer! I would happily engage them for my property as renting is not just a business but a bunch of dreams for both people buying homes or renting homes and such experience should always be pleasant...

GoogleAlberto and his team did such a wonderful job helping us find a great flat in Brentford. Nothing is too much trouble for them, always going beyond the call of duty. Would recommend them to anyone!

GoogleAs a landlord, I would highly recommend this agency for many reasons: 1. They are polite 2. They work fast! the flat was let in 2-3 weeks with an extensive check done on the tenant. 3. Alberto, my agent, goes above and beyond. He takes care of everything and makes me feel like I am in good hands. Dealing with agencies this is rare to find as many simply do not care and look for every opportunity to charge you. This is not the case with Xavi & Co at all. In general, this is a wonderful and independent agency that I am happy to have found and to allow manage my flat.

GoogleThe best agency I have ever rented a flat from. The service I have received is phenomenal. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy with their new home and continuously check up to make sure everything is okay. Kasia and Alberto are very friendly and professional. Any problems with the new place after moving in, I can assure they will sort it out for you right away. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent/buy a place in London!

GoogleProfessional to a certain extent but misinformed of what a tenant's rights are. So I would say great if your the landlord but not so good if you are the tenant once any problems occur. Nice offices and everyone seems to know them locally I agree but if and when you are unfortunate enough to have one of his more trying landlords then Alberto puts his hands in the air and just repeats what he has heard from the landlord and not what the legal perspective is. I don't normally write negative reviews as I believe every small business needs a second chance but on this occasion I had to write something. So I would say find out a little more about the landlord before signing anything.

GoogleWe are so pleased meeting and dealing with Alberto, Kasia and the rest of Xavi & Co team! We settled in our new home and it was such a smooth ride, we can hardly believe it. Everyone is so polite, professional and on top of their game. They are winning the race of best estate agents in the region by miles. Thank you for everything and keep up the good work.

GoogleI’ve been working with Alberto & Kasia for a few years now and would really struggle to find something negative to say. I’ve purchased through them and rented through them and both aspects have been truly seamless. Having used different agents in different areas, these guys are by far one of the most reliable agencies I’ve used.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRecently sold our property amidst the 'frenzy' of the stamp duty holiday with Xavi &Co. We couldn't be more satisfied and impressed with this company for their efficiency and professionalism. This is in particular to Michael who worked so hard to help us finalise the sale. Definitely thumbs up to him!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe bought our lovely apartment through Xavi when we moved across the river from Kew, all done very professionally. Since then we have come to really appreciate how much the agency does for the community, eg when recently they installed a water supply for the five large planters just installed on the Market Square.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMy advice would be to avoid this company. I came in contact with Alberto only the once and that was enough. When it comes to renting a property through him - A word of warning he is a stress/drama that you do not need.NegativeProfessionalism
