GoogleRecently sold a property with Xavi and Co and although it took a lot longer than I'd hoped I was more than happy with the service provided by the team there. In particular Michael the estate agent who responded quickly every time I had questions and helped me in the end to move the slow solicitors into action. Great guy and great estate agents.

GoogleI rented a flat in Brentford island for almost 6 years. Alberto, Ena and Kasia have been nothing but kind, helpful and honest throughout. I’m genuinely sad to have since left and realising how spoiled I was with their service. Esp Ena, she always answers any request right away with a smile and I will genuinely miss her. Highly recommend their service!

Responsive and prompt in fixing issues with the flat with a turn around time of a day or even less - in the last instance , a quick video call , within 20 mins of me reporting the issue, was all it took to fox an issue with a window not closing shut . But as I sit in the living room of my new home and look back at the past couple of months I know that without the constant, kind help and support of Alberto, Michael and all the staff in his office, it would have been almost impossible to manage. Despite their hectic schedules, they made sure they took the time to talk through the process and practicalities of all that a house move entails. I cannot thank them enough for the sound advice and guidance they gave. They became not only agents, but friends. A HUGE thanks to them all!!
