Unacceptable fees for those letting and unreasonable inventory charges. The sooner the bill intended to protect tenants from the likes of Winkworths the better as far as I can see. £90 admin fee and £240 for a checkout inventory automatically deducted from a deposit x

Wouldn’t recommend to any students looking to let a house. Had an awful experience and, because we were students, they felt as though they could swindle us out of more money and treated us awfully just because we were slightly younger.

GoogleHad a really good experience. The team were very efficient and everything was sorted very quickly. From finding the flat to having an offer accepted happened within an hour which was great. Very relieved to have it all sorted so quickly.
