GoogleWe purchased a property recently, the service we got really great! Right from our offer to completion, every step Charan and team were helped. we had couple of views to the property, every time Charan explained what we asked for. Also provided financial services from their team. All done with in the time frame what I ask for. It was really helpful for the people like me very busy and unknown.

GoogleIn order to help bring my father closer to where my wife and I live, we began this process of selling and relocating. I initially researched some local and national estate agents. and began to put together a picture of the value of properties in the area. I then reached out to a number of agents to get valuations. Shaw & Co stood out for us, they provided us with a sense of understanding and professionalism. We ended up choosing Shaw & Co as they offered a number of key factors: 1. Local office that made contact easy 2. Strong presence in the local area 3. Competitive rate 4. Ability to present the right type of client During the sales process, they made all of the steps easy to understand, from arranging the EPC certification assessment to provided lots of clear comms when arranging viewings. When we eventually found a property that suited my fathers needs, they were able to keep the ball rolling and when we accepted the final offer, they worked well to keep both all parties up to speed on the exchange and completion stages. My goal was to bring my elderly father closer to where my wife and I live so that he could feel more connected to us, and with the help of Shaw & Co, we did that.

GoogleVery bad experience, when ever contacted regarding a problem with the property they say to deal with the owner our self, they are helping dodgy landlords let their properties for rent and let tenants suffer.

Hi, please note we do not manage all properties and some rental agreements with our landlords are on let only services, so we are not contracted to look after repairs. GoogleI had a very bad experience with buying property through this agency. Riddled with lies and exaggeration. Bad mannered agents who are working solely based on on their own profits and interest. Because of this, I lost a property which I was highly interested in, but they prioritiedrioritd their own private clients who paid them bigger commisions.I would never buy or sell again through this agency.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI contacted Shaw & Co at the end of August. They immediately set about organising the cleaning & inventory so that the flat could be marketed as soon as possible. By 12/09/23, the new tenants have moved in. All money & paperwork were properly taken care of. It's done expeditiously, yet with so much care, understanding & support. I'm very happy with the service & I can highly recommend it.
