TrustpilotSavills Melbourne keep deposit (all my savings) against the law saying "it'd be more expensive for you to go to court"
Savills Melbourne: Was buying a property with Savills and they guilted me into "we are experts, there is no cladding". It was - which made the bank rejecting the mortgage. However, Savills State director told to "never contact again" while refusing to refund my deposing for the property. It was subject to finance and they must, but was told "will be more expensive for you to go to the court". It was all my savings for my 1st property, I left traumatized. They still keep all my money and unresponsive.

Very unprofessional! We are thankful that we aren’t renting from this company. We were interested in a property in Aberdeenshire. The agent couldn’t care less about our interest - makes promises and then doesn’t communicate. Therefore, they have lost our custom.Should have known something wasn’t right as when we went to view the property she didn’t turn up as she was “in meetings” and we could get the keys from the shed!

We have exchanged contracts with an extended completion date and Harry has facilitated this for us and arranged for us to be able to access the property as and when required between exchange and completion, which has been invaluable to us in allowing us to prepare for building works post-completion.

Savills gave a good and professional service. The staff were polite, smart at all times and were punctual. Communications and the brochure were excellent. A clearer assessment of the buyer's ability to fund buying my house would have been useful. But I accept your agent could only assess what he was told ? In the end we got there in what were difficult and unprecedented circumstances. Thank you. .

The Barnes Savills office sold our home very quickly and very professionally; always mindful that we are the clients, and working for us, in a way that suited us. At the time it was a sellers market, but we were never rushed or panicked. I would recommend this office every time, when you have a property to sell.

The Savills team achieved a great outcome even with a number of obstacles along the way (short timeframe amongst them). The team was always very responsive and kept me up to date on each step of the process. Because of their global reach, they quickly managed to find a buyer that met all relevant criteria.
