I cannot express my recommendation enough for this estate agent. Graham was an amazing broker, going well out of his way to make my dream home mine. During such a busy time he helped us go from offer to completion in just 10 weeks with one day to spare on the stamp duty holiday. Despite being told by multiple agents that it was unrealistic, and despite all the complications - Graham and James guided us through the process. The service delivered was more than I ever expected. As first time buyers we came in knowing nothing. One of the few brokers that are here to give people a home, the service doesn't stop here either. Roberts Hunt offers best service in the area. Its family run business and they are very professional and responsive. I have tried couple of other Estate agents locally but it only gave me headache. I then used Roberts Hunts and was delighted with the service I received. I used to get weekly calls emails to keep me up to date with sale process. 2017 I bought my first shared ownership property through Roberts-hunt. Last year I wanted to extend my lease and did the property valuation. I took my valuation report to Graham where he caught a clause which states-“staircasing property to 100% 99 years of lease will be granted”. Since November 2020 we started the staircasing/remortgaging/lease extension process. Graham was tremendous helpful and very very supportive thought the process, he would reply all the emails without any delay, explain it to us more clearly and briefly. Finally after 7 months it’s completed and here we are can’t thank Robert-hunt( Graham) enough. Excellent service, very responsive and always working hard. Highly recommend!!!!!

I honestly don’t have words for how amazing Roberts Hunt and particularly David was. We had a very complicated, stressful and drawn out sale with incompetent solicitors on both sides and if it wasn’t for David in our corner I honestly don’t think we would have sold. It all went through the week of lockdown and if it didn’t happen then, I think we’d still be waiting. He and the company were instrumental in making our dream move to Devon. I was first introduced to Roberts Hunt Estate Agents when my sister was letting her property through them some six years ago. Led by Graham, the team provided an exemplary, 100% professional service at the time. Now, some six years later, I have returned to Roberts Hunt Estate Agents and even during lock down, again, led by Graham they have provided the same exemplary 100% professional service. At a time when you are looking to buy, sell or rent, none of which is straightforward anymore, I personally wouldn’t put my trust in any other estate agents in the local. Its only a shame that there aren’t branches elsewhere. If you visit them you will see by the plethora of Thank You cards which adorn Graham’s office that I am not the only one who feels this way. We just wanted to say thank you so much for all your assistance in helping us move onto our next home and a new chapter in our lives’. We originally used Graham for our first mortgage, who was recommend to us, on a new build shared ownership and he was very knowledgeable, 3 years on we decided to move and unfortunately the housing association were not very helpful in assisting us with our move. They never introduced a buyer and even though out of area, Roberts Hunt Estate Agents introduced a number of buyers and we were able to move forward with our onward purchase.
