GoogleFirst of all i would like to thank Jerzy for the experience i had from the very beginning right up to the end. Very professional and so friendly at the same time. We had a couple of issues during the tenancy with the house but Jerzy took care of it like it was his own in no time. Sadly the landlady wanted to sale the house a couple of years after we moved in but again Jerzy has helped us out a lot. I highly recommend Noble Dom. Very straightforward and transparent with all the paper work, no hidden fees, everything is there for you ready to move in in no time. GoogleThis firm is unfortunately run by people not familiar with the UK rental regulations. They attempted to retain a potential tenant deposit illegally, when I threatened court proceedings they let me have this immediately. With my mum they refunded only part of her deposit as tenant by telling her she left a huge pest problem in the house - 2 spiders in one corner. They don't carry out much repair work when asked and employ only Non English speaking handymen so that tenants cannot communicate. In addition pest control was charged at £300 when hounslow Council charges £100 for the job. The owner whose name starts with J is also struggling with the English language so communicating with this fraudulent company is non existent. Currently we are using a litigation solicitor to sue them. Be careful. FraudulentNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Dear Mrs Gupta, Thank you for your review. Please be advised, that no one said that your Mother ‘left a huge pest problem in the house’. Our agent during check-out spotted lots of medium spiders in the property, of which we have photos, caused by ‘heavy clutter’ as per the pest control report. As for the repairs - each issue reported by your mum was solved either by British Gas or handyman sent by us. Our company promotes equality in the workplace, and we ensure that everyone has the right to work, regardless their nationality or language education. Your mum has contact numbers to two our agents who are always willing to help, so she could call one of them and ask for translation, as she had before despite the late evening hours. In addition, for each done repair, we have a confirmation from your Mother that she is happy with the work done. Please note, that each time handyman was flexible with the dates and times when he could visit the property to complete the work as your Mother was not always available. Same for British Gas- we had to change the appointments many times to please your Mother.
