GoogleVenture X Chiswick Park is an incredible office environment. Isabella and Alexandra are super friendly and helpful if you need anything, and make an effort to know everybody. They also organise frequent themed events which are not only fun but provide an excellent opportunity to socialise and network with others in the space. Would highly recommend this warm, modern, social office space.

GoogleAlexandra and Andrew were absolutely fantastic. They were extremely helpful, clearly knew their stuff, and responded to all my questions quickly and efficiently. We had quite a tricky requirement, but they went above and beyond to accommodate it and found a perfect solution for exactly what we needed. Can’t recommend them enough!

GoogleI started my own business not long ago and shortly after I realised that working from home was hindering my productivity. I searched for co-working places in West London but couldn’t find anything that offered the space and flexibility that I looked for. That was until one day when visiting Chiswick Park, I came across Venture X. Halfway through a tour of the facilities I had already made up my mind, and within days I moved into one of their designated desks. VX offers a great office environment with all the facilities you need to help you grow your business. The team, professional and friendly, is always there to help when needed. The interiors are modern and functional, and my desk and chair are incredibly comfortable, it seems like Andrew and Tom paid attention to every detail! The Hub is stylish and welcoming, I love to go there to socialise with other members or just chill away from my desk with a nice cup of coffee while enjoying views of the beautiful Chiswick Park. I feel that becoming a member has also helped to enhance my professional profile, since I can now meet my clients in one of the many fully-equipped meeting rooms available to book. To sum up, If you’re looking for an office space, large, small or a desk like me, I would definitely recommend you to book a tour at Venture X!

GoogleI recently started my own business and was looking for an office space in West London. When I came to view Venture X it was in the construction process as a new build office space, however as I was shown the space and plans of the completed project, I was truly impressed and had already made up my mind before I was finished with my tour. Whilst was already impressed, I had a few more viewings in local private office spaces and I can honestly say that they do not compare to the standard of Venture X. I have now been a member of Venture X Chiswick since October 2019, and I have had nothing but a fabulous experience. The space and location are exceptional, the office environment itself is stylish, modern and always clean. You can tell the team has paid an enormous amount of detail when creating the office space, making it a place fitting enough for every type of business to grow and work in. The team at Venture X have always been extremely professional, accommodating and friendly, during the current pandemic I couldn’t be happier being a Venture X member. They have consistently supported and aided me and my business and have played a great part in our growth, Venture X have lived up to everything they had told me prior to becoming a member, from the facilities to the support to the social aspect, Venture X has it all.

GoogleWow! We were introduced to Venture X by a mutual colleague and we are so glad! We spent a day at the office on business and could not fault a single thing. The design, layout, attention to detail, and large windows giving copious amounts of natural light were impressive. The staff are so welcoming, there is a real sense of community and the coffee is great too! I would highly recommend Venture X for anyone looking to hire a workspace, however large or small.

GoogleI really like working at Venture X in Chiswick Park! Everything is modern and great bright atmosphere in the office. Everything is super clean and the staff always helpful and friendly! The whole park offers some great activities, like street food trucks outside, events or just enjoying the small beach or meeting pods outside! Technology in the office is good and easy to connect and to use! It's also a pleasure to meet different people from other companies and business areas!

GoogleThis has to be one of the coolest places to brainstorm, hangout and have meetings with your team or with clients. The facilities are first rate and the location benefits from on-site restaurants and pop-up stores at lunch time. Adriana and her team are perceptive and responsive without getting in the way when you arrive and need to set-up/familiarise yourself. Coming back for sure.

GoogleAfter 18 months working from home, I started researching shared work places. Venture X had the best atmosphere and Bilge was very welcoming. I’ve been there for a few months now and it was the best decision I’ve made. I feel happier, more inspired, and more productive as a result. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who asks. Everything there is designed to make you feel good and it really works.

Extremely sad for a place that house small business. I’m completely disappointed. Google**Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and a Major Disappointment** I have been a loyal member of Venture X since 2021 and have always had a great experience with the previous management. When I moved back to the area, reconnecting with Venture X was my first priority because of the excellent treatment I received in the past, from Bigul and Adriana and now from Alexandra. I was so impressed that I even decided to use Venture X’s business address service, which I now cannot wait to cancel after this recent, appalling treatment from Sasha. For years, I spoke highly about Venture X, constantly promoting the space and encouraging other small businesses to join the community. But what kind of community is this, where, after 30 days of having my services confirmed by Sasha in writing, she simply cancels it without any warning? After 20 days of being ignored and chasing her via email, she finally responded, claiming she wasn’t receiving my emails, which was simply not true. She admitted she had found alternative suppliers and completely forgot to cancel with me, leaving me with no time to book anywhere else, as my project was for Halloween entertainment , and now it is just around the corner and all other venues are booked. Today, after calling and emailing again, she suddenly "received" my emails and informed me that my services were no longer required. This left me scrambling, facing cancellation fees for the talent I booked, with no other options. This kind of treatment is shameful and completely unprofessional. Venture X is supposed to support small businesses, but instead, they show a blatant disregard for their suppliers. If you're a small business considering Venture X, think twice. They clearly don’t care about the impact their poor communication and lack of professionalism can have on your livelihood. Shame on you, Venture X. Below in the picture was my review a few months ago, when I was just a member of, showing how different you treat clients and suppliers (small business that you should be supporting instead of causing all this trouble)

We have attempted to reach out to you direct to better understand both of our perspectives, but it’s been hard to reach you, and we have a policy of responding to all public reviews (positive, and negative), and therefore, in the absence of direct communication, I’d comment as below. As a longstanding member of Venture X, we appreciate your experience with us and regret that you felt disappointed with the recent situation. We have always valued your presence within our community and were open to exploring ways to work together. We recognise that you are an accomplished DJ with notable residencies at respected London venues, including Ministry of Sound, sushi Samba, and The Ned, and it was a shame we didn’t come to a commercial agreement on you playing at our Venture X Halloween party. As many of our members will attest, we will always try and support our members in their own ventures. I personally use many of the services of our members (including both those that have offices and desks in the space and those with virtual offices), and I know there is a significant amount of cross business done between members, which we are proud to have facilitate, however minor our role is. I’d also like to take this opportunity to address the nature of this review. I have seen the correspondence between you and the staff member you have mentioned in your review. The comments directed at that specific junior staff member are concerning and could be perceived as harassment or bullying and are not what myself (as owner), our manager or our members would agree with. The team member in question has maintained a record of professionalism and has not received similar feedback from any other members. We spend a lot of time and resources choosing our team members, and training them in hospitality. We are committed to creating a respectful and supportive community, and such attacks on individuals do not align with our values. The commercial decisions are taken by senior management, including myself, and not that team member that you have directed your feedback at. Finally, we note that you have recently amended a previous 5-star review (which we also responded to) in which you described Venture X as “an indispensable asset to your business journey”. It is a shame you felt the need to retrospectively change this, but we respect your ability to do this as it was written under a separate name/account. As noted we have attempted to reach out to you directly, initially by email, but understand you have had technical issues with your email, and have tried to call you. The door is always open for you reach out at any time if you would like to discuss your experience, and we can better understand your perspective and how we could have done better. GoogleWhen it comes to office sharing, the Venture X experience in Chiswick park is by far one of the best, the service is immaculate so are the boardrooms kitted with latest technologies to make life easy when making meetings remotely. The layout of the offices and communal areas are very well done making the working experience effortless. I love the space every time I visit it to work and enjoy and the outdoors spaces top it up to make it one of the very unique share offices in town.
