We were very pleased with the service we received from Knight Frank while buying a property in Chiswick. We dealt primarily with Oliver Spanswick who was a pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to get us access the property both before and after our offer was accepted, quite often at short notice. This was really important to us as the property is currently empty and requires complete modernisation so we needed to be able to show it to architects and surveyors. Oliver also provided frequent updates throughout the process and was very attentive to our needs. Above all else, it was refreshing to deal with someone who was very respectful and polite; and not pushy as can often be the case.

No Professionalism or Customer Service SkillsThe below has been from June to date.I have emailed approximately 10 times regarding issues at the property which have been ignored by the property manager and the concierge.The electrics keep blowing, the dishwasher threw out water so i turned it off and there is manky smelly water in the bottom which has been there for months, my post is not being put in my postbox. My postbox was opened and a handwritten note placed inside saying “NOTHING 4 YOU”.Shocking behaviour and no professionalism or customer service skills add to the fact disability hate crime shown by concierge.Recently the maintenance team about 5 of them were in the courtyard and two were swearing and shouting at each other and it became so heated - diabolical!
