Very unsure about this company bought a new build from them paid deposit last NOVEMBER after being told on the day that the houses were at roof level and be ready to move into in June. We are now one year later and still no house, surely the seller of the house should be able to tell the buyers when it should be completed. Had I known I would be a year waiting I never would have purchased the house.

I have been referred to many tax consultants to handle my property tax matters as their fees are cheaper. However , I still stay on with KF Edwin Chan from the tax dept . He is very professional, responsive and efficient in advising on my tax queries . This is particularly important for overseas home owners as we are not familiar with UK tax systems . It’s really nice working with Edwin ;)

GoogleMy wife and I recently let our flat our with Knight Frank, Chiswick and we were delighted with results. After a positive meeting with Jon Gittins they took the flat on and Alex Furno was able to let it at full asking price. However, even more impressively, Alex went above and beyond by helping us with a bed delivery issue, he rushed to our flat to sort out the issue as we were not in the area! I cannot recommend their services highly enough, being Knight Frank they are a very professional firm, however, the team there deliver a personal and bespoke service to all their clients!

GoogleSuperb service for completion of a house purchase in record and challenging timings. Oliver Spanswick has been a fantastic support throughout the process. Very responsive, dedicated and always available (even on a Sunday or day off).Especially when things do not get the way you expect the team will try to find a solution and support with professional knowledge and fair guidance .They definitely do a favour to their industry which doesn't always have the best of reputation. Andrew Wilkins who first showed me the house and helped through tough times, has also been a real gentleman and very supportive. I would have probably not been able to buy the house in record timings (and thorough due diligence ) without such a dedicated team, partners included. Even after the completion I still receive the necessary advise if needed . I can only hardly recommend this agency. People always make the difference and Knight Frank Chiswick team definitely made the difference.
