Buying a property being sold via Dexters was one of the worst experiences of my life. They failed to determine that the property they were selling had a Japanese knotweed issue costing us time and money. We were constantly harassed for updates even after we had given them, then threatened with the seller choosing another bidder. I will never go near this Estate Agent again.

GoogleI have used Dexters to find tenants and manage my property for over five years now, and I have found their service to be consistently of the highest level. Communication has always been good, with honest opinions about price and expectation when looking for tenants. Most recently, Kate Stevens from the Chiswick office helped manage a change of tenant very successfully: I was kept very well informed throughout the process and any issues arising were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The property management team are also excellent in keeping an eye on the property during the tenancy- I believe the tenants are similarly well supported from the other side too. From my experience I can highly recommend Dexters- I've never thought about moving on!

Landlords beware!!! Thanks to this company ignoring instructions and locking me into a two year fixed priced contract with no break clauses I am losing money. But they of course are only interested in securing themselves for two years. Never heard of no break clauses but Dexters look after themselves. BEWARE OF HENDON OFFICE!!!

Incompetent top to bottom.I rent out nearly 30 properties with Dexters and have done so for a number of years. Their letting service has always been very patchy but recently they have surpassed themselves by getting pretty much every transaction wrong. Go elsewhere (as I am going to do).

Connor and Martin have called to confirm if there are any concerns. Tbh we have very good tenants as they keep the property well and I am good to them too repairing things rapidly when needed. This makes our relationship work well. The agents also make sure that both the tenants and landlord have their needs met.
