We are a current tenant and have raised multiple issues with the landlord however Dexters continually give us messages that they are following up on the issue but no correspondence from there on. Issues like a broken fridge took more than 2 weeks to be sorted and we have outstanding issues that have been "followed on" for months.Dexters have shown they will align themselves with the landlord and not the tenant.

When leaving a joint tenancy, all parties spoke to Dexters, agreed everything and notice was handed in. 3 months later went back on explicit guidance to try to extract additional charges from both tenant and landlord. Staff member was unhelpful and lied about past advice given. Do not recommend working with this company.

GoogleWe ware very welcome by Kate Stevens from the very first day. She did such an amazing job for us. The whole process from finding house to the very end which was signing the contract was quick and really well managed. All the communication via telephone and email was efficient and very clear. We knew from the beginning what documents we need and even if there was some problems Kate managed to help us ASAP. The rest of the staff ware also very welcoming and friendly to us. Buying a property being sold via Dexters was one of the worst experiences of my life. They failed to determine that the property they were selling had a Japanese knotweed issue costing us time and money. We were constantly harassed for updates even after we had given them, then threatened with the seller choosing another bidder. I will never go near this Estate Agent again.
