GoogleWorst experience from the sales team. For the last 7 years, I'm living in the rental property managed by Dexters. I never had any issues with lettings team and is very much happy with them. Things changed when the property is listed for sale. Being I living in the property with my family, the Sales team never calls me before making any viewing appointment. I've told them in emails and calls multiple times that to call and check my availability before sending any emails. But looks like the sales team doesn't care about tenants personal life. The most appointment email they sent is always for Saturday evening.

We recently had Monika visit our flat and engage with the landlord to facilitate a change of boiler. She is professional, communicative, fair and compassionate - very, very rare traits in her line of work, which we incredibly appreciated. We were impressed by her efficiency, solution-finding skills and organisation and we hope to keep working closely with her. Worst property managemnt team you can find. We deal with them for a few proerties and every time communication is poor and delayed. You need to chase them for updates for the most basic requests and clearly the team of majority women are there to window dress as they clearly do not know their job. Please rather recruit for experience and knowledge as to window dressing with women who are rude and have no idea what they are doing. USELESS on every level

The agent will ask you for private information and also your bank account details including your CVV. If you don't give it to them, they won't present your offer to the landlord.They will run the auction and let you bid. Since they have taken your bank account to make the offer, if they don't reject you, or let you know you are rejected, you cannot be sure if landlord will later accept your offer or not, so you lose your time to look for other flats in the markets, and have to join the bid and make them happy. It is really annoying. Full of skills to squeeze your pocket, without any care and sincere attitude in the business.
