Absolutely careless, irresponsible and incompetent staff. Our tenancy contract ended on the 20th of March and as of today, the 27th of April, we have not received our deposit back. Even though we have tried to chase them numerous times, the only thing they came back to us with is that they will get back to us with an update. Nothing yet.

We sold our flat through chestertons Chiswick and the whole experience was painful. They ignored our instructions, the miscommunication between the buyer and us was laughable (in the end I spoke to the buyer directly) and what annoyed me most was they jeopardised my purchase, and cost me money by trying to negotiate off my purchase price because my buyer offered less.
