We had great help from the sales team with the purchase of our new home. The moving in date was very stressful, especially as it was only a week before Christmas, and we only had confirmation the day before our move. However, our site manager and his team have been absolutely brilliant since we moved in and helped us so much.

Have found Lewis very helpful and informative. He has gone the "extra mile" in providing exemplary customer service. Whilst we won't be buying a new home in the immediate future, I would certainly contact Avant again as and when the need arises!

Very helpful service. Layout of houses are too small. Bedrooms in the show room do not have room for storage or wardrobes. Lack of space for gardens, kitchen space and nowhere to put a dinning room table.

From my experience if i could award avant homes zero stars i would.they dont deserve any stars what so ever.the design the houses and that's about it.avant do not build the houses.then avant refusal to help fix problems.zero star company thats being ran into ground.

The sales advisors on site were busy with customers and were not aware of our appointment. We waited in the car and a sales advisor came out 10 minutes late which we didn’t mind. She showed us around the Sudbury and was very nice.

If anyone is thinking of buying an Avant Home, please think again. They promise 5 star customer service in which my experience is definitely not the case. 2 years down the line and still trying. To get things resolved. Instead of being my forever home, it has been a nightmare. Never put your trust in Avant Homes.

Low built quality homes. I am disappointed and know I have nowhere to go with this complaint. I observed lot of bulging in ceilings near kitchen and it’s now slowly coming down at top corners.

Early stage of looking at a new house. Looked at a few developments. Avant properties and surrounding site landscaping look better than others. Looked at new development in Burnopfield. Team were really informative and helpful. No pressure and driven by customer needs. Product looks very good as is the customer service. Andrea and Rachel both really helpful. Thx

General design is nice, good ideas for kitchen, bathrooms - modern and nice. However customer service … omg don’t really got time to mention about everything, but one of my claims has been accepted over two years ago, and still hasn’t been fixed. It’s kind of joke!
