I was initially a bit sceptical of the idea of not using a local solicitor but those fears were unfounded. I would say that there was far more communication by phone & email from the solicitor acting for the sale than I have experienced with local firms. The whole process was quick & painless and all documents were signed and contracts exchanged electronically. I would certainly use them again
