Mr Walker did the impossible and got us sold for more than we anticipated! We used 2 different agents before him (well known too) who couldn't even get viewings at a significantly lower price. The moving house journey was already stressful enough for us, particularly as there were a lot of parties involved, but David always went above and beyond in making it easy as possible, contacting all parties and ensuring everyone is on the same page (alongside a sales progressor). David is certainly the best in the area (maybe even the country) he even has his own book on how to sell a house, which isn't something I've seen before. With attention to detail and of course hosting the viewings himself you're reassured throughout the process that David will get you sold. If you're in North West Leeds and you need a personable, empathetic and professional estate agent who puts in the elbow grease, he is essential!

David was brilliant at selling our house. He was really friendly, and worked hard to get us a good price and very quickly too as we were under pressure for the house we wanted to make an offer on. He took great photos of our home and gave us guidance on how to set up the house for the viewings and we were reassured that it was all done in a way that minimised covid risk too. We ended up with in quite a long chain, but David rang up and down the chain to help facilitate the move and get all the other estate agents and solicitors working to the same dates. Would recommend!

He couldn't do enough for us, was always there at the end of the phone when we needed him regardless of the hour and was an all round brilliant person to do business with. To quote some famous song lyrics, David is, simply the best, better than all the rest. We originally listed our property with another local agent who in over 5 weeks arranged 3 viewings and got 1 offer 10% under asking price. We then instructed David from EweMove. David is professional, very switched on and really has you at the heart of what he does. Within 4 days of listing our house David had arranged numerous viewings and achieved a full asking price offer. A number of issues (none down to David) meant that the sale fell through. Again jumping back into action, more viewings were arranged and more full asking price offers made. Nothing is too much trouble and he has helped guide us through the selling process, as well as offering advice on properties we are looking to buy. Communication is outstanding, unlike other agents David is available at weekends and in the evenings which makes everything much easier as we work during the day. David Walker of EweMove Horsforth and Adel comes highly recommended! We chose to make an enquiry with EweMove after receiving a marketing leaflet through the post. We researched the company online and there seemed to be something fresh and different about their ethos to selling your home. Our experience has confirmed just this. Our first meeting with David was informative and positive without leaving us feeling as though he was being 'pushy'. He gave us time to consider everything and the video links he sent to our email address were an excellent and novel method of communication which we really liked. From the outset, David has been extremely enthusiastic and efficient and has taken the stress out of selling our house. He advised and assisted in preparing the house for best impact on photographs which we were delighted with. He dealt with all of the viewings and communications with potential buyers. Our house was on the market for only two weeks when we accepted an offer! Nothing was ever too much trouble for David. He is an excellent communicator and has kept us up to date on an almost daily basis. An additional bonus is that he has helped us with the viewings and negotiations for our new home which he himself rated as as important as selling our current home. We have already highly recommended David to friends who may be thinking of relocating.

The worst estate agent I have ever come across. Arrived for a viewing and was treated incredibly rudely, not welcomed at the door, time had been prearranged however David Walker was not ready to conduct the viewing and expected us to stand outside in the rain (Me, My wife and 6 month old child).
