Recently completed on a purchase and the service I got was exceptional. Eugene, the manager, is worth his weight in gold. There were a few hiccups along the way but he addressed them quickly and efficiently. His professionalism and work ethic is outstanding. We instructed Jacob at Your Move to undertake the selling of our flat, a new-build which had been further improved with panelling, tiling and a lick of paint in all rooms as well as the major snagging issues handled. We chose Jacob for several reasons: (1) He had specific knowledge of the new build process, and of this particular development (2) the shop has excellent footfall opposite Hornchurch Station, perfect for showing off your listing even when prospective buyers aren't even looking on Rightmove and (3) The branch was offering a great half price deal on listings which included a lovely write up, quality photos, a floor plan and a virtual 360 tour. Most other agents were not offering a comparable service. The sale itself was a complicated one, due to the property only being 8 months old at the time of listing, and took about 5-6 months to go through, but as Jacob is now armed with the specific knowledge he needs to speed the transaction along in the early days, I wouldn't hesitate to say he would be able to conduct sales on other properties in the development also with some expertise and a great level of confidence and authority. He also helped us deal with a difficult vendor and estate agent on our onward purchasing side to help keep all parties calm and neutral. I would say Jacob went above and beyond on this one, much to his credit.

Very poor customer service. Agent rescheduled a viewing and brought the viewing two days forward without informing me. When I ring the customer service to reschedule another viewing, the customer agent held me on the line for 30 minutes then hang up the phone. When I tried to ring again, there was another yawning customer agent with a very rude attitude.

Your move managed the tenancy of my 4 bedroom house for the last 3 years and then also eventually helped me sell the house. I must say they really did a great job, couldn't ask for more. Their fees are reasonable, staff always reachable, they are efficient in handling all kinds of tenant issues and also expertly manage finding of new tenants. I had an urgency to sell my house due to personal reasons and they managed to find me a buyer and efficiently managed the entire sale process in a very short time. I am really impressed with Fatih, Jacob and Jamie. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a worst experience with your move estate agent in Romford. In the beginning of the process, we agreed to pay a fixed amount and an agent named Eugene got me signed the paper and mentioned about percentage fee and at the end of the conversation we agreed to pay flat fee for the transaction which he didn’t amend in the paper. I was assuming through out the process that I have to pay flat fee but end up paying more money accordingly to the contract which he didn’t amend. More surprising he never admitted that we agreed for flat charge fee and I asked branch manager Jamie, he didn’t even bother to listen the conversation and I felt like these people are here to snatch your money. In terms of the service, your move agents sits back and wait for you to chase for everything which I found it unprofessional with a client. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go with them unless you get everything in writing in advance.
