I’ve had a brilliant experience with Haart dealing with my property and its needs. One person in particular who has been my agent throughout this whole process is Demi Mansworth, she’s quick, efficient and gets the job done, and there have been many things to deal with but she gets it done without fail. In addition to that, she’s absolutely lovely and brilliant as a person, her communication is 100% and she always keeps me in the know. Anyone who gets the experience of working with Demi and has her as their agent will be extremely happy and grateful, as am I.

Halley who was our agent was always available to help and got us through some challenging times. I must also mention Bradley who stepped in when Halley was unavailable. A great team at Haart, who certainly impressed with their professionalism. Always friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Once the house was sold, they continued to provide an 1st rate service. I've had a very bad experience. I viewed a property with them on Lyndhurst Drive and made an offer directly to Seref via email, but he never got back to me. It's been over four weeks, and I also sent a reminder email, but still no response. I called the agency twice and asked why I'm not getting a reply for an offer I made. They said they are very sorry and they will speak to Seref and get back to me, but I haven't heard anything back from them either. The house I made an offer on is still available for sale, and I feel sorry for the seller as they won't be aware of the offers people are making. I understand I made an offer lower than the asking price, but I don't think this should prevent them from replying on rejecting the offer if this is the case.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Haart Hornchurch. I’m a first time buyer doing it by myself with very little knowledge of the housing market and how it all works. Lewis and Michael have been extremely supportive. Giving me good advice and going back and forth between the seller and I to get what I believe was a good price for us both.
