GoogleAmanda was following up for exchange. She did a great job. She is polite and pleasant to talk to. I don’t think anyone could have done better. I dealt with Joseph. Very polite and helpful. I dealt with Ross. Also very good to talk to.

GoogleThe agent is very helpful in matching the buyer's needs. We found the house we wanted just a week after seeking the help from Durdant and Hunt. Their service is highly professional. In the process of negotiation, they helped both parties to communicate smoothly and effectively. We were served by Ross, Amanda, Grace and Ciara, et al. They were all very helpful. We were particularly impressed by Ross' good sense of meeting clients' needs. We will definitely enlist their help in our next purchase or selling of properties.

GoogleOnly positive things to say about Durden & Hunt. We were initially unable to sell/get many viewings with another estate agent, however straight away Ross from Durden & Hunt was able to get multiple viewings a week, and more importantly was able to produce a reasonable offer. Ross then continued to go above and beyond, as we are currently abroad, to assist further by making multiple visits to the house to gather information needed to exchange. We were then able to exchange within 8 weeks, with additional assistance from Amanda on the sales progression team. Set to complete later this month. Thanks guys!

GoogleFrom start to end of the process of selling my property, I have been kept Informed at all times during the Process, and given advise where it was needed as this was my first time selling a Property. I have found all members of staff i have spoken too very Professional and courteoues, and have gone out their way to assist myself all the way through this process. If you are looking at Selling a Property I would highly Recommend Durden & Hunt, and they would be for first company of Choice If I was to Sell other Property . GoogleI cannot recommend Durden and Hunt enough. From valuation, to exchanging the team at Hornchurch have been with me every step of the way. Matthew Clarke led his team, specifically Jordan through a year of negotiations and hard work to allow me to move forward. They never gave up and I can honestly say the whole team have been professional but also really personable and easy to deal with. I must add the icing on cake for the whole process was their sales progress manager - Amanda, she put her heart and sole into making this sale finally come to fruition, her hard work and dedication is second to none.
