Dear Ms Campbell, thank you for your review. I've looked through our system and database but unfortunately cannot find any record that you have contacted us by call or email. If you have the correct agency, please feel free to call us on 01708 476666 where we can help assist. It's very rare we do miss calls, however if everybody is on the phone at the same time, we do have voicemail facilities where we will respond immediately during office hours.

Unfortunately, on this occasion, there were questions that only the vendors could answer but they didn't respond to us as quickly as we would have liked. We wish you the best of luck for the future.

GoogleWe used Davis Estate Agents to sell my father's house. It took over a year to sell it, due mainly to the housing market. We did have a buyer about a year ago but they wanted to drop the price at the 11th hour, so we dropped them. I don't know if more could have been done to check his finances/position beforehand, but as you can imagine, it was frustrating. Throughout the process, which was stressful at times, the staff at Davis were excellent to deal with, James especially answered his emails very quickly, which was a huge help. They also went above and beyond when it came to looking after and checking on the house as l was over 100 miles away and unable to visit it regularly. Thank you to the team.
