GoogleWe had been on the market with another local estate agent for over 6 months and had very little support from them after the first few weeks.
Then we remarketed our house and went with Davies. They could not have been more differant. As they are a smaller agents everyone is invested in selling your house.
Then once sold, our sale got very complicated, but James and the team still acted as go between with the different solicitors etc.
We finally exchanged and completed on the same day, and we can’t thank them enough.
They are local and know the market, we will always now avoid the corporate agents.

For our sale, we had a several estate agents who acted like used car agents try to talk us down in lowering our price to force our sale but Davis listened to us and our valuation and after a few weeks we sold above asking price.
Regarding our purchase, we had a slow seller then it because a lengthy probate. No matter stressed we were, Chris and James were always patient and understanding, and so easy to work with as we got it all over the line. We will continue to use them in the future, easily the best agents in the area.
