Our first meeting with 1st class property was very relaxed but professional. We were told about all the services they provided, costs, expectations and we were won over there and then. They don't promise something they cant deliver. If a call back is what's promised that's what you'll get. We had bought property before but had never sold and so this was all new to us, 1st class property explained everything and answered all our questions to put us at ease. We would have no hesitation in recommending 1st class property no matter what your situation whether that be first time buyer, selling for the first time or a dab hand, they will help you with whatever you need. Rose sold our first home, we bought through her after that and we are now selling through her again. There was simply no question as to which agent we were going to use. Rose is head and shoulders above every other agent I've ever had to deal with. She accompanies every viewing, follows up for feedback every time, and chases up the whole transaction right to the very end. Very happy customer

Rose took all of the stress out of moving, I really couldn't recommend her enough. She chased the solicitors, the estate agents and anyone else so I didn't have to do a thing. We also happened to move on the only day ever for Chaps to go down. Rose informed us very early on about what was happening and I then told the solicitor who was unaware of the problem. When I contacted our seller's estate agent later that day to see what time they closed to get the keys at around 4.30pm, they had no idea we were completing that day. For me that summed up the service rose gave in comparison to the service often received by many well-known estate agents. She also got us a lot more than we were expecting to make with the entire process going through in around 3 months. Thanks Rose, if we ever move again and we'll definitely use you.

Highly Recommended

1st Class Property really were 1st class! I recommend them to anyone I know who is moving, friends, colleagues and family. I liked Rosemary Ellis as soon as I met her, she is realistic with the prices and very friendly but will ultimately get the job done. 1st Class Property will do all the work and they endeavour to meet all prospective buyers at the property, Rosemary did for the people that came round to view our house. Very Very Good!

I swapped from a well known agent in the area to 1st Class Property and i was very very happy that i did. Genuine, honest and personal touch throughout process

We put our property on the market with this agent and we received an offer within the first viewing and although purchasers were a nightmare our agent kept on top of everything and whenever we needed to speak to her she was available. She also answered any queries we had on our purchase of another property, even though she was not our agent on that (unfortunately). If you are looking for the "personal touch" then with this agent you get that and more. I would definitely recommend them.

Friendy, professional

After hunting around getting quotes for the usual suspects, we came across 1st Class Property through Rightmove and called Rose for a valuation. Very quickly at a time to suit us, Rose came along and valued our house - no pressure sales, no nonsense about contracts etc just a simple all in price and a very plain English set of terms. We were a little sceptical about not having a shop but these worries proved totally unfounded - we are in the age of the computer after all! Once on the market at our agreed price, although we were getting hits, there were not many bites and through a couple of detailed conversations about how the market works, we dropped our price slightly and sold very quickly. Rose's engagement didn't end there though as some would - she helped us all the way through the sale keeping in regular contact and up-to-date with proceedings. We had some minor issues through the solicitors and calling on 1st Class Property's preferred partners (for us specifically an electrician) we got sorted very quickly. We really cannot recommend 1st Class Property highly enough and should we find ourselves moving again will call them before anyone else.
