FacebookI’ve used 100 Key Properties twice now, and both times the service has been exceptional. Remigijus, the property broker, helped me secure the best mortgage offer initially and now guided me through the remortgaging process, including removing the Help to Buy loan. The entire process was incredibly smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I highly recommend their services, truly deserving of 5 stars!

GoogleWe put an offer in on a property 3 weeks ago with Andrea, which was accepted by the vendor, only to find out this week after multiple phone calls and chasing the estate agent that the house was offered to another buyer last week without our knowledge, not very impressed and communication was lacking and poor and not great for our first experience. We only offered to increase the price after we called for the 4th time!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Hi Melissa, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are dissapointed with our company. I can confirm that your offer has been accepted by the vendor last week but as I mentioned to you also that there was several offers presented for the house from the viewers that looked at the house the same day you saw it. When I have called all the applicants to decline their offers and asked to increase if they could match the highest offer, there was no replies at that point therefore your offer has been accepted by the vendor as you were in the strongest position. I have sent you an email explaining what had happeded and apologised as the viewers have gone to the vendors house privateley and offered more for the house, the vendor has agreed to accept their offer and instructed as to proceed with these buyers. We have to follow the vendors requests and I apologise for the unpleasant expierence that you have had with this property. Kind regards Andrea

GoogleUnfortunately it took about week to get all paperwork done which supposed to take 1 day only (whole week just because your agent forgot to send it to us ) and then just ignoring of me and my husband which is super rude because we tried to contact them and finally they suggested to do not help us. Worst service ever, so not recommend to no one . Rude agent- Remigijus ….

Google100 Key Properties helped me sell 2 homes and the process and all transactions went by smoothly and quickly. We were able to sell both properties for our asking price. The whole team were incredibly helpful and made this process much easier for us and I could recommend them more.

Google100 Key Properties were recommended to me buy one of my work colleagues who was extremely happy with the service he had received in buying his first property. So I decided to give it a try to contact them. From the first conversation I’ve had over the phone, I instantly felt in safe-experienced hands. They really understood me, they gave me invaluable advice in choosing the best property for me. Perfect communication both on the phone and email, and even better face to face. During the whole process they were attentive, flexible with my appointment arrangements, an honest professional experts in their fields. Excellent service, and most importantly I loved the end result - I am in my own family home with a help of confident and knowledgable team. Highly recommend! Nothing too much trouble for them!

GoogleAbsolute TRASH of a letting agent. After calling to rescheduling on me (baring in mind I was already on my way to view a property) from 11:40am to 3pm, I got there and got no response whatsoever despite calling severally to notify them that I’ve arrived. An absolute waste of my day!
