Not pleased with my experience over a 6 month conveyancing period. From having to speak to multiple representatives to poor reply times and communication; my first time house purchase ended up falling through despite being allocated a 'senior' agent to handle the process. When viewing other properties, I will try to use another agent in the future.

FacebookApparently you can only rent property from Richard Kendall if you have a guarantor, regardless of your age or credit referencing!!! Credit referring they haven’t even done!!!

Dear Mr Schofield, unfortunately in this instance our landlord asked for a guarantor to be in place. It is not every landlord that requires a guarantor but we do have to take out individual landlords’ requests on board. We would be more than happy to discuss this in further detail should you wish. Like many others it would seem they have bad experience with Richard Kendall, blatantly lied several times on the phone have no morals or ethics whatsoever. Actively taking offers on a house that was marked as sold and lied to vendor and potential buyer. Would not recommend if they were the last estate agent in England.
