The sale of the property became a long…

The sale of the property became a long and drawn out affair at no fault of Belong. After initially selling reasonably quickly and being let down six week after agreement Belong stuck to the task and eventually found a buyer which both them and me were very frustrated in the time taken to complete the sale. In doing so I was kept informed of the problems encountered on a regular time scale and in a professional manner by all at Belong. Thanks to all.

A fantastic personalised service.

I've recently sold through Belong. The service from start to finish was exceptional. James provides a very personalised service, even to the extent of having the branch open on a Sunday. Working during the week this small detail was very helpful in dropping off final keys for completion. I'd certainly recommend Belong.

I never usually write reviews but myself and my husband were very impressed with Belong when we sold with them earlier this year.We have used many local estate agents in the past and have not experienced anything like the level of service we got from James and his staff. The service given was friendly, yet very professional, and not in any way 'pushy'. We felt as if we got a real 'personal' service in all aspects. It is the only time we have paid an estate agent and thought 'it was worth the money', in the past we have been left with the feeling of 'what the hell did they do for that fee'.Would definitely recommend Belong to all !!!!

No phone call back after viewing a property over a week ago, clearly didn’t take us seriously. Worse people to show us around a house ever never get anytime to contemplate the house, consistently followed around the house. Lack of information was another thing especially as the agent who showed us round said they would email with the answers to the questions we were asking. Still to date no email and no phone call, wouldn’t be happy if I was trying to sell me house with these.
