Terrible experience. Would help if you had staff that were able to open their mouths without a lie coming out. Maybe its an occupational hazard. After speaking with the buyer of my property it seems one story blaming me for hold up and another to me blaming them when in reality it was Reid and Roberts who were at blame. Would give no stars but there is no button for that !!!

GoogleVery nice people but felt let down on follow up calls. If we needed to know about the purchase of our new home and how it was going, we had to chase. Even when we went to view the property Richard hadn’t got the keys so we had to wait while he went of to get them. When you do speak to people they are always polite and courteous. Just need to keep people up to speed. One courtesy call a week would do it.

GoogleThe Holywell branch was very good, Richard Newsome who came to value two of my properties was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He discussed the wearing of protective footwear for prospective buyers/renters etc and knew a lot off detail of properties in the surround area and costs etc. I was not as impressed with the Flint department for rental. I would deal with Holywell again and Richard but would not use the Flint department for rental.

GoogleShocking customer service...tried to view property on 2 occasions, finally appointed to view but day before viewing was informed thst owners too busy working from home to allow a viewing. Its like the owners dont want to sell it. I live 4 hours from property and had booked a hotel. Considering send them the bill for the hotel.

I would not let Reid and Roberts let my home. They are the most unorganised, undedicated and corrupt Estate Agents I have ever dealt with If proof is required I have this. They will not let me post it as this is going to the Ombudsman.
