GoogleCant fault them at all Sophie and Micheala were brilliant from day one right through to the end. Kept me updated with the progress and explained everything in normal terms. GoogleMichaela and Sophie are a fantastic team here at Holywell Reid and Roberts. From the first day we met they went above and beyond to help, advice, reassure, chase up etc. Starting from helping to move things around when taking pictures and ending with still giving reassurance and guidance up until completion day. And what a journey we had of nearly 10 months of selling, buying and finally moving into our new beautiful home. They always kept in touch, replied to emails quickly, sometimes even on weekends. GoogleThe staff at Reid & Roberts (Holywell) have been both professional and fantastically supportive both during the sale of our late parents' property and then selling and purchasing our own house some months later. All the staff were extremely professional and worked hard on the sale of our parents' house giving excellent advice regarding the property market, in particular when (and if) to reduce the asking price, and by how much, they were very sensitive throughout the process and offered us advice and guidance, leaving us to make the final decisions as a family. They we so professional undertaking our parents' property sale, which is why we didn't hesitate to use them again for our own house sale. We also used them to purchase our old property some 8 years previous. Always excellent service and professional advice throughout. I don't live locally so the agency conducted viewings on our behalf and consistently went the 'extra mile' often in difficult conditions. Terrible experience. Would help if you had staff that were able to open their mouths without a lie coming out. Maybe its an occupational hazard. After speaking with the buyer of my property it seems one story blaming me for hold up and another to me blaming them when in reality it was Reid and Roberts who were at blame. Would give no stars but there is no button for that !!!
