Following an independent inspection, we agreed to replace the flooring. Once the existing flooring had been lifted, an issue with part of the subfloor was identified during the works. Unfortunately, this was not something that could have been identified beforehand. As soon as it became apparent, we arranged for the necessary repairs to be carried out so that the new flooring could then be installed.
We appreciate that the additional works have caused further disruption and are grateful for your patience and understanding while we work to complete the remaining items. Our team remains committed to putting things right and ensuring that everything is completed to the expected standard.
