Googlei cannot recommend this estate agent highly enough! Debbie and her team - especially Chris - are refreshingly delightful to work with. In my case my sale was made more difficult as the bottom of the chain fell through at one point: Chris worked tirelessly to chase the agents down the chain and keep me informed of what was happening. It was extremely stressful but these guys really helped. When the sale was back on track they also kept me updated as to progress with both my sale and my purchase!! In my opinion they really did go above and beyond, and even though we often feel Estate agents don't earn their fee - these guy did. I write this review as someone who has bought and sold 9 houses over the last 30 years, so have dealt with may agents: This is the first time I have ever written a review, but credit where it's due. If I were selling another house in the area, I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Great job Thank you Lathams

GoogleWatch out for discriminatary selling practices from this agent. Arranged a viewing on a house that had just come to market and was told the first viewings where taking place on a Wednesday. Agent informed me two days before the viewing that it had been sold to another buyer who viewed at the weekend just gone. I am registered with this agent buy apparently they have a process of favouring some buyers over others.
