From day one the team at winnington have been amazing . Lead by Scott and Keith and the girls in the sales office, everyone including the workmen on site have been warm and welcoming and super helpful no matter what we asked or wanted. The quality of the build is second to none and the estate whilst a working site still is kept beautifully clean at all times . The team even managed to bring forward the build ahead of time to work with our sale . Such a personal touch sharing the teams mobile numbers and the after care help and manual is supportive and really helpful . Really impressed would definitely recommend .

Customer service technician, Lee Ashworth has just been to Lawrence Gardens to repair a floorboard and define what’s needed to fix the internal garage door. Lee was very polite, friendly and especially knowledgeable about fire doors - looking forward to Lee returning to fix the door with his expertise.

I moved home at the end of May in to a new Anwyl property. From the start of the buying process through completion and final snagging I have had superb service. Gyllian in the sales team held my hand throughout the purchase of my property and beyond and she was amazing. Isaac and Andy have ensured since I moved in that any issues (hardly any) were resolved in a timely and efficient manner and went above and beyond with the service they provided. I cannot recommend the team on site at Victoria Mills highly enough. 5 stars plus!

We moved in last September on the Victoria Mills development, Gyllian in sales has been extremely helpful with guidance on the purchase, always friendly and happy to help. The site team have been very helpful - Andy and Isaac have been to check for any issues and given advice on various things on the property, where they have sorted some small issues out promptly and never needed any chasing. We are very happy at Victoria Mills and would definitely recommend Anwyl homes.

This review is NOT for Anwyl Homes as a house builder, but for an INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYEE. Mr Lee Ashworth - a member of customer care service team.Lee fully prepared and painted the front door to a very high standard - as I would expect. It is such a pity that the site painters whom had total disregard for our property could not be called professional tradespersons :(Well done Lee, keep up your high standards.

Just recently moved in to my forever home on the Queens meadow site in Shavington CW25LS I thought unwound share my experience, The flat is just perfect so well built and perfect in every way, The workmen are always so polite and respectful, my property is directly in Front of the compound, where they meet in the morning they are respectful and never loud, and I have to say I have never heard foul language, site manager Neil and assistant site manager Sam haven both gone above and beyond to help me and the smooth transition on my move, the site is well maintained and is immaculate, well done to all the lads who work on this site what a great team,

Thank you to the technicians - Paul Higham and Chris Appleton for the work they carried out for us over the last few days. Both Paul and Chris were punctual and polite and explained fully to us what work was required to rectify the problem. Paul and Chris also left the house tidy every day.

A great asset to the company. Next we met Issac and Andy from the site management team when they came and introduced themselves and asked to arrange a date for snagging and anything else. They were so very understanding regarding access to the house which was delayed due to a family bereavement. Their kindness and care was truly appreciated. Snagging list was minimal and was done promptly- everyone was efficient and tidy. We think the house is great-the finish, the safety features and at Our Anwyll at Victoria Mills experience started with Gyllian in the sales office. Our experience has been great from start to finish. We purchased on the Victoria Mills development, sales team (Nigel and then Gylian) have been fabulous and the site team have been exceptional - Andy and Isaac have been a pleasure to deal with. They sorted all the snags out promptly and needed no chasing. Super helpful in their attitude. Quality of the homes is good, built to a decent standard. Not needed anything beyond that from customer care so can’t comment on that aspect but from our experience to date, would recommend Anwyl.

Great custom care received from Josh today one of your Customer ServiceTechnician. Arrived as planned which was a bonus after two no shows from site staff. Explained what snags he was here to sort, checked each area, advised the steps he would take and order he would complete and left the areas all clean. Work completed to a high standard which is great. Very friendly and ensured he removed shoes before entering property each time which many trades don’t bother.

Front door , en-suite door and lounge ceiling - both Richard and Josh Hough arrived this morning at the time expected . Explained what they were doing , both worked hard throughout the day to get the jobs done. Very polite and professional. Extremely tidy when leaving my property. Did everything to a high standard . If anyone looks closely at the below reviews they are to do with the people that come out and fix things not the company. The houses are pretty however they have bad customer service. Our development was finished over a year ago and there is still fences incomplete areas rocks all kinds found in the ground. Sarah from the customer service team is the most unhelpful person! All she does is gives false information obviously it's the companies fault but wow 0 service from her. We live at Edenhurst Grange and have to say it's so appalling that the company is this close to finishing a gorgeous estate but cannot be bothered to finishing the final small parts! Just get the landscaping sorted keep saying the weather...... Waiting for the grass to grow... The grass can't grow because you have left 100000 of house bricks on the ground. Btw people this is near the kids play areas the entire ground is a tripping hazard.Update: I know the work has started but the situation still looks awful. It's so messy when you look around non of the grass has been cut and left looking very messy and run down. The wonky temporary fence that's been there over a year. The building was completed over a year ago now and still not completed the ground works gives vibes of wanting your money then running away. Again such a shame when a company can be amazing but fails badly on things they can control and deliver on.
