GoogleWe found our dream home just before the first lockdown hit. Because of this, we encountered many unexpected issues with lenders, valuers and solicitors etc...and was quite stressful at times but I can honestly say, when I was having a bad day and just needed a sense check about the whole thing, my first port of call was to Ryan Leber, he somehow put everything in perspective and made me feel better everytime! It was a company wide effort to get this over the line for us so I'm grateful for everyone's help during this time. Westwood leber will definitely be my first choice for any house sale/rental going forward

GoogleHouse buying and selling can be stressful at the best of times, let alone Viewing, purchasing and moving house during lockdown, Westwood were very responsive with not only some queries I had prior to offering but also with the offer negotiations and then with a query I had once moved in. I sold without an estate agent so had to have all the communication directly with westwood & found them easy to deal with. Highly recommendPositiveResponsiveness

TrustpilotWe have just sold through Westwood Leber and can't recommend them highly enough.
We have just sold through Westwood Leber and I can't praise them highly enough. Our initial meeting with Jacob for our valuation was extremely positive, he was knowledgeable, confident and we immediately had great faith that they would get us the sale even through they suggested a sale price that was 15-25K above the quotes given by competitors - and we still ended up selling for over the asking price!
