Googleextremely prejudiced and racist. He treated me very rudely. I didn't like how I was treated. The agent said he wasn't going to waste his time showing me around the house. He was awful. I never recommend. This agency and only for English people is very very very rich, controlled financial situation is not good for them. Are awful.

GoogleReally good agency. We found a nice property to rent and it looked much nicer than photos. Jordan helped us with all the paperwork needed and we finished the whole process really fast. She replies almost immediately on our e-mails providing everything we need, compared to our last property agent who used to reply a week after! I definitely recommend Shepherds Estate Agents at Hoddesdon!

GoogleAdam Sanders from Shepherds Estate Agents in Hoddesdon, Herts. has been involved in property fraud & should be banned from running an estate agents. The typical traits of a greedy, dishonest estate agent out to make a quick buck! Does not deserve the one star but unfortunately it is the minimum required.

GoogleAvoid them! Posting fake pictures of bad properties, and changing prices after you booked viewing. Worst estate agency experience ever!
I can confirm that we investigated these comments. The photos in question did belong to the property Mr Horvath viewed. We are unsure why this makes us the 'worst estate agent ever'. Thanks for the 2 stars!
