GoogleI had a terrible experience as a potential buyer. Arrived for a scheduled viewing and no-one answered the door. Called the office and spoke to someone who could not confirm whether the agent was at the property and tried calling their mobile but the agent didn't answer. I had to leave. Got a call about half an hour later with an apology for the "confusion" - apparently the agent was at the property but didn't hear the door; strange when they should have been expecting me. I was offered another viewing so we booked that in. But a few days later saw the house listed as sold STC on Rightmove. The agent hadn't called me to inform me the property was under offer. I had to call them myself to ask what was going on - but my call was not answered. In the end they just left me a voicemail saying my viewing was cancelled. Absolutely terrible service and terrible communication.
