Review of Redmayne Arnold and Harris. We have just moved into our new home which we purchased using the estate agents Redmayne Arnold and Harris, (Histon branch). We dealt with Tracey Stevens who could not have been more helpful, responsive and communicative throughout. She always came back promptly to our questions and made communication with the various parties involved, easy. The office team were also always friendly and efficient and particularly Sam whom we spoke to several times towards the end. We would certainly recommend the services of Tracey and her team at Redmayne Arnold and Harris, Histon.

Amazing customer service from Craig and Sasha

Having rented out and subsequently sold our house in Cambridge, I particularly wanted to thank Craig McCallum in Lettings for being helpful beyond the call of duty in solving prior issues despite the house no longer under his property management portfolio. Also a very special mention to Sasha McNally in sales who was so responsive to all my queries and went out of her way to help with meter readings. I recently brought a dream house in Histon via Sam from RAH Histon branch. It is an amazing house. We love it very much. From day 1 Stephanie arranged the house viewing and went thru the house with us in detail. Sam closely followed up the purchase until it got successfully completed after the long process. We never felt pressured, but also felt that they were very proactive in the process from offer to completion. I would like to share with you, how wonderful, charming, friendly and funny Stephanie Johnson has been throughout the sale of my mother's house. She has made it so easy for us, and noting has been too much trouble, ask her a question and she dealt with it immediately, it has been a real pleasure to work with her, a well deserved medal. She took on the sale from George Davies, who came out to market the house, with promises galore, from then on once we agreed to market the property with yourselves, we didn't hear from George, wondering why, we asked Stephanie, why she was dealing with us, and not George, to find out he had left the company to go travelling, it would have been really nice if he could have informed us, of his leaving. Well to our advantage, we were blessed with Stephanie. What a great job she did. The rest of the team were alai very willing and helpful. Recommend this estate agent. We have just begone our property search in the Cambridge area, with and intense week of scheduled viewings. We viewed our first property listed with RAH yesterday, in Milton. We were so impressed with Steph and for the first time in our viewing experience felt in safe, knowledgeable hands. We felt that Steph cared about the sellers, the property, and us in equal measure. She answered all our questions before we even asked them, pointed out many positive features and gave us plenty of time to look around. Steph was a wonderful mixture of professionalism and personableness. Our experience to date with other estate agents has been very poor by comparison. Often the representative as reading from property details we already had and seemed unprepared. As a result we will rely a lot more on RAH as our search for the right home continues.

He then introduced us to Drew who was assigned to oversee our sale. We were kept informed every step of the way and felt we had a personalised service throughout.
