I can confirm that we do have 3 payment options available; -Pay Now -Pay Later -No Sale No Fee It does look like you chose our Pay Later Option, which is deferred by 10 months or whenever your house sells, whichever comes first. This is covered in our terms and conditions (https://www.yopa.co.uk/payments/terms-and-conditions/) provided at checkout, so we do ask that you take time out to read this in full, before instructing Yopa to sell your property. In regards to the number of viewings received, unfortunately, due to the nature of the Services, we do not guarantee that you will receive viewings requests, receive an offer, or complete the sale of the Property. We will not be liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs, or expenses suffered or incurred by you or any other person should the Property not sell. As someone trying to buy a house, my experience with Yopa is so bad that I would never consider selling a property through them.
