GoogleCharlotte has been so much help to us during our move. With fast responses to emails and questions and getting everything sorted for us quickly so that we could move in as soon as possible! She has walked us through every step of the process so that we were always informed on what was going on and has made our move run as smoothly as possible!

GoogleReceiving a letter advising me that my agent hasn't sold my property and that I have taken the decision to withdraw my property from the market....... Really? Your Mystic Meg is having an off day. My agent is doing just fine in selling my property, and no I haven't withdrawn the property from the market. Please get the basic facts correct. Your 'head and shoulders above the competition' statement, is frankly laughable, and at best misleading. Good luck selling property, mine will not be one of them.

I find it difficult to understand how you can leave a 'Qualified' review about our services when you have not actually engaged us to market your property. Our direct marketing tactics that we employ have clearly had the desired effect that you have opened and read our letter. Imagine what you would achieve by using a proactive agent when selling your own home. GoogleThis is a fair and honest review of my experience with Tranquility Homes Letting Agency Due to failing eyesight I employed this company to Inspect and report on my one property. Every six months after the inspection I would phone and be told it was clean but untidy The tenants moved out and the inspection took place on the 4th of Feb this year Nothing could have prepared me for the damage to the property which had taken place over a number of years Before I entered the house I could see the hall walls had been eaten to the brickwork and the smell was sickening. Every wall and door had been chewed by dogs and the floor had been used as a toilet as two dogs had been locked in all day. The filth and squalor the tenants had lived in was beyond belief. I had a new kitchen and appliances installed for them and the cooker was burnt out and doors hanging off. The toilets were black and one was hanging off the wall. I could go on but Industrial cleaners… two men were there three days before I could ask anyone for a quote for the repairs. Tranquility Homes gave me quotes for £8000 and said they wanted 10% plus vat to oversee it The garden was a mud bath covered in dog mess Tranquility Homes should have reported all the damage but didn’t alert me or made me aware Although I treated the tenants very well Ifeel Let down by both the tenants and the letting agents. Shame on then both

GoogleI am not sure where all those positive reviews come from , I assume from local people who can go in person and actually speak to someone. I have sent numerous emails (via Rightmove) as well as called on multiple occasions for around a week and half now. Either no one picks up and I have to leave a voicemail (which I did! And still no reply) or I get through to sales team (in spite of selecting that I would like to speak to lettings team) who always “leave a message for a colleague in lettings team” and similarly no one ever comes back. I guess they are either severely understaffed or took on more than they can manage and just ignore some of the potential clients.

GoogleThere seems to be a lack of interest from the staff working over at the branch in Hinckley. The girl did not had patience to let speak and she laughed at my questions therefore made me lose my patience as a customer for a few good years now. Not a pleasant conversation with Charlotte today.

GoogleAfter losing my apartment in a sudden manner, a friend pointed me in the direction of Webbs. I walked into branch and was greeted by 3 employees that all smiles and welcomed me warmly into the premises. I sat down with the manager of the branch, a Mr.Deacon. Straight away, he could tell I was in a spot of bother and offered me a hot beverage. After listening to my problem and talking about my finances available, Mr.Deacon got straight to work, and within 20 minutes, he had me a property I could look at, just around the corner from the branch. We walked to the property and within 5 minutes of viewing said property, I took the offer that was given to me. I would like to thank Mr.Deacon personally as if it wasn't for his hard work and diligence, I would probably be on the streets now. I will continue with my tenancy for as long as possible, but if not, Webbs will be visited again for sure

GoogleI have been a landlord for almost 30 years and engaged Webbs after sacking another awful local agent. Relieved to find they are personable, efficient and very professional I could not recommend this office enough, they have restored my faith in letting agents. My advice to anyone is to avoid franchised agencies and online if you want a friendly trustworthy locally based agent who fully represents your interest as a landlord look no further than this office.

It’s great news that they have opened in our town. On both occasions my houses were well marketed and I received above asking price offers. Keep up the good work guys!
