GoogleSeating lacks leg room you need to be about 5'10" or under to sit comfortable in the balcony. Very uncomfortable so I missed the second half of Groan Ups as couldn't sit any longer in my seat

GoogleCustomer service is absolutely rubbish. Phoned up about property 1.5 weeks ago. They told that will give me call back but never heard anything from them. And today looking at their website noticed that property is already gone. I definitely won't be dealing with them again. Not happy at all!
Sorry we have no record of this ever happening, and have been awarded Best Agent in Hinckley for 3 of the last 4 years.

GoogleReally bad customer service. They don't reply to calls, always seem to have an excuse. I am really disappointed because I want to support a local business but this one makes me think a big chain is better

The help and advice i received has been invaluable (their referrals for mortgage advice and conveyancing were also spot on). My move went off without a hitch thanks to Wright & Wright... In the the unlikely event of me ever deciding to leave my current home, I wouldn't hesitate to trust Wright & Wright to market my property after the professional way they dealt with my purchase of it in the first place. Fun and freindly and profesdional staff who go Above and beyond at times and i owe the team many thanks. Ive dealt with other agents on a regular basis and never found the same drive and dedication as these guys, i wont use anybody else again.

GoogleHad a number of faults with the house I’m renting called them over 2-3 weeks ago saying there’s a live wasp nest in the attic and stating I have a 1&2 year old in the house and still nothing done. I waited 4 months for them to fix the kitchen lights, The list goes on and on. And don’t even start about trying to contact them.

GoogleTerrible experience with an agent who could not obtain the correct information regarding a completion date, informed both me and my solicitor that is was due to complete on a specific date. This was incorrect and I incurred a cost of £540.00 extra for storage until the completion happened a week later. I certainly would NOT recommend them to anyone wanting a smooth sale or one without additional anxiety.
