We recently reserved at property on the St Mary’s Park development, and our experience so far has been fantastic. We are always warmly welcomed by Carol, who is incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about all the properties available, including all the added extras that come with the property. The show homes were of great quality, and we appreciated being able to explore them at our own pace without feeling pressured. Carol made sure to answer all our questions and offered to keep us informed of any updates. We are yet to meet Vic but she too has been very helpful over the phone. We highly recommend this development to anyone looking for a new home!

My wife and I had an issue regarding our plumbing, whereby we needed immediate service as we couldn't stop the constant flow of water.We were put through to the After Care team and spoke to Kate Kennedy, who was nothing short of brilliant and empathetic.She not only put our mind at rest, but also immediately contacted MB Heating and explained the seriousness regarding our situation.Dave Hindley from MB Heating promptly came and fixed the issue with professionalism and care for our property.We cannot thank Kate and Dave enough, and they are a credit for their respective companies and epitomises what great customer service looks like.Thank you again!!

Princes Meadows Kirkham. We were greeted by the lovely Hannah who was warm, friendly & understanding & she made us feel totally welcome. We turned up really stressed out because we didn't know what we wanted but her expertise, knowledge & great listening skills really helped to guide us into the right property for us, we never felt pressured & she was always reassuring that we could ask any questions & re visit the site whenever we needed to. Bought a Morris home in June 2014.Had nothing but nasty surprises ever since.Cannot remember all the things on the snagging list as there are far too many to mention. Also been fobbed off by what they call 'customer service'.The road still hasn't been adopted and there is a decent sized pot hole outside my house that is growing by the years.Every time we make improvements we are met with the harsh reality of all their bodged jobs.The downstairs WC had a crack in the soil pipe and was incorrectly fitted so that raw sewage was collecting on the floor behind. To remedy this means digging out the concrete floor and replacing.We had a new front door fitted recently and this is when we discovered that our front garden was actually landscaped above the damp course. There has been traces of damp in the living room, and the air brick that was buried under the soil probably helped the masses of worms, slugs and woodlice that wefrequently get. Remedial work to take out alot of the soil, put in aco drains and is costing around £1000. Then there's the cost of replacing established shrubs.Let's not mention the toxic lease that has increased by 47% after 10 years.Thinking of buying a Morris home???Don't bother

Couldn’t be happier we our move into our new home at Latham Grange. Lisa was such a huge help for us during the whole process. She definitely went above and beyond to help us get moved in . We had a lot of trouble with solicitors and delays, but Lisa was constantly there to help us out and get us into our new home. She’s been there from start to finish to offer us advice, help chase things up, and reassure us when things looked a bit unsure. Now that we have moved in, Lisa is still available and is providing us with support with any enquiries we have. We are looking forward to the remainder of the houses being built, however, we’ll be very sad to see Lisa leave the site.Highly recommend Morris Homes to anyone looking for a new build.

Geeta at The Willows in Kineton has been very helpful and friendly, I feel she has done her best to support me through the process of buying a new build and is very knowledgeable. She was very helpful in negotiating with the company. Communication is good and timely. Geeta spent a lot of time helping me with choices of kitchen, flooring etc.The process is not yet complete but so far i am very happy. Thank you Geeta.Only negative comment is the pressure to exchange and complete when issues are often out of buyers control.

I recently viewed some new build houses at Princes Meadows, Lytham & had the pleasure of being dealt with by sales advisor - Hannah Pendergast. I have never been a fan of new build homes however the quality of the Morris Homes show homes viewed & the professional friendly treatment we received from Hannah has changed my opinion. Hannah knew everything about all of the house designs & answered every question asked immediately. She was extremely professional !The quality of the houses were finished to a very high standard & offered good quality appliances. The only downside for me were the garden sizes weren't very large although that's what I expected from a modern housing estate.Seriously considering relocating to this development. Thank you Hannah !

Went to look at there homes on Thursday 15th August. The lady i spoke to think her name was Ruth was very knowledgeable and very helpful she asked me what I was looking for. And know exactly what I needed she showed me the Banstead and that home looked perfect to me but unfortunately they did not have one available for me to look at inside so will have to go to Warwick to look 😔 but she made me a appointment to view one there for Saturday. I also liked the scheme they are doing called smart move and will be using that if I go ahead after viewing the home. Best builders I've been to in terms of sales

We have been looking at homes at Alconbury Weald for a couple of years. The time was finally right and after going to all the builders we finally settled on Morris Homes. We have met Meghan the sales advisor several times, she is so knowledgeable and has made the process so easy so far. The house we have chosen is so lovely. Can’t wait to move in.

We spontaneously came to look around the area to get an idea of the estate and the property’s.On the off chance we knocked the sales office door and spoke to the wonderful Jeanette who was very accommodating and welcoming. We also had our children with us, Jeanette was so good with them and offered them cakes and sweets and was so patient. Jeanette was vey personable, professional and knowledgeable on the various building types and schemes. The Willows is a lovely peaceful development on the edge of the village of Kineton near Stratford upon Avon. Geeta showed us around the development and into the last few homes that were available. Geeta is very knowledgeable about the different homes, their dimensions, the room sizes and the plans in relation to one another. She understood what we wanted and needed and was able to guide us in the ‘right’ direction. Geeta was friendly and very professional and took us through the process of selling our old home and buying new. Geeta is to be fully recommended and praised for the nearly 4 hours she spent with us and her tireless and professional manner.

We visited this site to view homes as first time buyers. Rob Conlan-Clark was absolutely fantastic - it was clear he was a man with lots of knowledge and experience. It was our first ever house viewing and Rob gave us the time to browse apartments and homes at our own pace. After a visit to Hunsbury Grange I thought i'd right a review as The lady I dealt with has been amazing. From the moment I arrived onsite Jess was friendly and extremely knowledgable. She made me feel very welcome. I have not even brought a "new build" house and she explained to me exactly how things are done. Jess is an asset to the company and she made a great cuppa too!

Nothing was too much trouble and she was very knowledgeable about the site and area, able to answer lots of questions. We visited the morris homes development at Kirkham today as wanted to see in person two of the show homes. Hannah the sales manager of this site was very knowledgeable and showed us around the development and also lets us look at some different house types in addition to the show homes. Hannah was lovely and took her time to explain things and spent a significant amount of time with us. We did not feel pressured at all, it actually helped us to consider things we hadn’t thought about previously.

The sales advisor Lizette, at the Broadacre site in Lytham St.Annes has been extremely helpful from the moment I decided to buy a Morris Home. While the pandemic caused building delays, it was worth the wait and she was helpful all the way. She is a very pleasant to deal with and I’ve had no problems with the company. Any small snags that the building had were dealt with very quickly. I’ve been in my new home two years and I love the style, layout and location.

This was my first experience buying a house and Jeanette made it as stress free as possible because she was always proactive and efficient during my sale. She always remained professional and a great representative for Morris Homes. During my experience with Morris homes I also dealt with Will the site manager who has also been great. Very helpful and informative and a genuinely a nice man. Everyone one I’ve had contact with from Morris homes has been so friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. Very pleased I chose to buy with Morris homes as there was a few new builders in my area but because of the experience I’ve had and how lovely my home is I’m glad I didn’t go anywhere else! Hampton Water - I visited the show homes and I had the most enjoyable visit. On arrival I was given a very warm greeting by Rob. Rob was very helpful and a great host (he also made an excellent cup of coffee). It was clear that Rob is very passionate about his role and Morris Homes. Rob was very helpful and was able to answer all the questions that I posed to him. The show homes were also really beautiful. Good quality, very well presented and very homely. Also ideally situated, overlooking the lake. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Morris Homes if you are looking to move to the Peterborough area.
