Went for a visit in their new built Egerton Park apartments, the sales assistance Sandra was so helpful and so nice, she has perfect knowledge on her duty and very professional. She has given so many information for me to move forward and finding my best possible option with this home move. We were very satisfied.

Just reserved a property at Kirkham through the Morris on site sales rep Hannah and couldn’t be happier with the service received. Hannah spent a lot of time with us explaining everything in great detail but also made it an enjoyable experience through her jovial personality. Buying a house is a big decision and quite daunting but helped take any concerns or worries away. Nothing ever seemed too much. Highly recommend.

I have been looking for a 4 bedroom family home for a while now, I found this development by looking online so I popped in to have a look, I was met by Carole and Vic who welcomed me in and really helped me with what Morris Homes had to offer and what choices were available to me. TrustpilotBe careful when buying a home from…
Be careful when buying a home from Morris Homes! (Scum of a company). Once they have your money for the house they don't want to know! This is the garden, they laid the turf and have put no drainage in at all. This is just walking on the grass. Morris homes said because we didn’t report this issue last year ( even though we are still in our 2 year warranty) and we have walked over the grass they will not be installing any drainage. There head of customer care Chris Moylan came round to look at the garden and said it was acceptable and they will not be doing anything about it. This guy has no ground work experience as stated by him self he just sits in an office how he can make that decision just sums this company up! They think it’s acceptable to only walk on your grass for 3 months of the year while it’s dry. The soil is clay soil so the water has no where go! The estates Facebook group homeowners are complaining about how boggy there gardens are, they have also got no where with this joke of a company! DO NOT BUY A HOUSE HERE IF YOU WANT TO GO IN THE GARDEN.

Had a pleasant experience purchasing my Morris home , Mrs Pauline and Mrs Linda was easy to deal with and answered all my questions . I expected a few problems as it is a new build but so far only little things that have been rectified quickly by the site Manager Mr. Richard. Once again I thank to Morris Team.

Morris Homes are poorly built. Buy one at your peril. The master bedroom door is not hung right ie spirit level shows its well out and the ceiling in the front room had to be reinforced has it looked like it was bellowing. The corner pieces between the ceiling and the wall in the master bedroom are also not straight thetes a slight bellow seen there and some rendering is poor. The main drain from the downstairs toilet is cracked and I'm told any repair is at my own cost. The house is leasehold and the leases through home ground working for Abacus are toxic having gone from £300 to £440 in 10 years. £140 is not the current RPI rate on £300 (March 2024) which they originally stated it would be. Its looking like our MORRIS HOME will be hard to sell now because of this technically trapping us here. Why would i want a 4 bed detached house and not own it? I have a landlord demanding money from me and restricting what I can and can't do in my own home. The road has been left unadopted and Morris Homes who built the houses won't take responsibility for that either even though it's already wearing out in the 10 years we have been here and is still unadopted by the local council. I wouldn't buy any of their homes not one. The build quality is rubbish. Don't be misguided by their sales tactics they leave you high and dry. Your home is your kingdom its a shame mines crumbling around me.

Lynn, Scott, Ian and all the team at Hunsbury Grange, Shelbourne Estates were a pleasure to work with. From securing the house, choosing options, assisting with the move in process and rectifying any small snagging jobs needed. The quality of the house is great and I couldn't recommend them enough.

I recently moved to one of the Morris Davenham Homes at Wintringham, I absolutely love my new home. I have had quite a few snagging issues which are currently being dealt with. Angela in the sales office has been fantastic, she went above and beyond sometimes to ensure I finally got into my new home which was a very long process. She was always helpful and communicated very well through all of the buying processes. I would recommend Morris Homes.

Lizette and Phil (Broadacre) are a tremendous double-act for potential and actual purchasers of homes on their site with their professionalism . Nothing is too much trouble for the pair and they effortlessly dovetail to answer any queries made . In our case they have nursed us through the highs and lows of reserving then having to cancel , reassuring us and putting us at our ease . whilst our rollercoaster ride has seen us now weeks from completing on a different reserved property . We can’t thank them enough for their attention-to-detail responses to our many queries over the past year including today , where Lizette procured a visit to our now Build-complete property just a couple of weeks from completion .

Update 01.03.2024Since we moved in we have had a number of issues with the doors and windows and it appears none were sealed properly. Morris seem to want to blame everyone but themselves and its taken months to get things looked at and each time it seems like a bodge job. They expect me to be in all the time for them to come round not seeming to appreciate we work Full time and cannot just keep having time off work for workmen who don't fix the issue anyway. From the outset Lisa our sales advisor was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, she even called us on her day off when we were waiting on a valuation to help alleviate our anxiety.She was supportive throughout the buying process, which was not easy and was full of stress but we always felt put at ease with her. From initial call to moving in she has been amazing and is a credit to the company. Cannot praise her enough. We love our new home, both Ryan and Craig have been wonderful site managers going above and beyond many times for us and the other construction people we have met have been professional and pleasant. The house was built to an excellent standard, snagging was minimal compared to other new builds I've purchased from other builders and any issues were rectified quickly. We have been in 2 months and couldn't be happier.

The site at Stanley gardens in bromborough is beautiful and tranquil, it is a lovely location with walking distance to the local shops and restaurants and train stations. Not that I want to leave my stunning home, the house Jan Ankers helped us choose is stunning with really well proportioned rooms and a beautiful flow to it! It has a clever use of space and does not feel cramped. Morris have resolved any issues we have had since moving in very quickly and the workmen on site are very polite always saying hello. Jan really helped with the build updates and assisted in me moving into my dream home even when I was in a complicated chain.

Avoid Princes Meadows Kirkham This estate is full of problems. Massive drainage problems in the gardens. Check your plot if you are going to purchase on here. Numerous complaints from many residents with the same issues and Morris homes don’t care. The customer service once you’ve purchased is terrible. Do your research, speak with residents already purchased. I would hate for anyone to have to go through what we have gone through over the last 4 months. The build quality is very poor and the after care is just as bad. This house was the worst decision we have ever made.
