I would like to share my experience with MCB. When you book an appointment for viewing the property don’t ever give them the holding deposit .It’s non refundable.In any case if your reference fails or for any other reason if they say that you are not eligible for renting the property just viewing the property will cost you in£400. Plz be careful with MCB.
